Land Ownership

Only twenty ocean-front lots, including beachfront and cliff-side lots, are available for sale on Wavi Island. All lots are freehold and range in size from a half acre (2000 square meters) up to one acre. All lots will be fully-serviced with installation of electricity, water, sewerage, telephone, Internet and pay TV connection expected to be completed by mid-2011.


The island's common areas, encompassing approximately 5 acres, will be held and managed by a Resort Operator for the benefit of the lot-owners and their guests.

Wavi Island Resort-Style Amenities

The Wavi lot-owners will have access to all planned resort-style facilities on Wavi Island, including a horizon-edge swimming pool, a feature lake, day beds along the beach, Spa treatment rooms, fitness center, poolside restaurant and bar, tennis courts, tropical jungle walking trails with look-out pavilions, jetties and a boat ramp.


Additionally, two beautiful private beaches will be accessible to all lot-owners on the island.

Resort-Style Operations

Wavi Resort will manage villa rental bookings as required by individual owners. It will also advertise and promote the island villas for long-stay, exclusive, luxury accommodation. Terms and charges will be included in marketing information to be released in late 2010. Wavi Resort will also provide maintenance services under body corporate arrangements, as well as general services and resort-style services including gardening, house cleaning, laundry, security for vacant villas, health & beauty, fishing and diving excursions, in-house catering, and much more.

Architecture, Design & Construct Services

Architects Pacific, the South Pacific's leader in resort planning and architecture, has designed the Wavi Island display villa. The display villa will open at the end of 2011. A symphony of expansive, open living with detached rooms linked by covered walkways, wet-edge horizon pool, cliff-edge day beds and gazebo, and an entry pavilion combine to create this ultimate island dream home.

 

The Wavi Island developers are happy to recommend local builders or offer a design and construct service to interested lot-owners.
 

Security

Wavi Resort will provide 24-hour controlled access to Wavi Island via a bridge from the mainland. Limiting access on Wavi Island to only the 20 lot-owners and their guests will ensure that Wavi is never crowded and is always a private, safe haven for its inhabitants.
